Suggestions for use

1. Remove contact lenses before use
2. Sit or lie down comfortably
3. Place the massager over closed eyes
4. Select the desired mode — start with the gentlest pressure
5. Breathe slowly and let the tension release progressively — 10 to 15 minutes is enough
