Refund policy

At Reprogrammer Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

You have 30 days from the receipt of the last item of your order to request a return. If this deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next business day.

The product must be intact and in its original packaging.

Log in to your customer account to submit a return or cancellation request. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
