Shipping policy

Processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once the order has been processed, it is forwarded to our logistics partners for shipping.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
France & European Union: 7 to 14 business days

These timeframes are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier, destination or periods of high activity.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Order tracking
A confirmation email containing tracking information is sent as soon as the order has been dispatched. Tracking may take a few days to become active.

Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Reprogrammer Boutique cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Parcels not received or delayed
